This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) is processed in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website.
3. Contact and inquiry forms
If you contact us via a form or by email, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). The data is sent to us by email and is not stored in a website database.
4. Applications
Documents you upload via the application form are sent to us by email only and are not stored on the web server. We process them to carry out the application process and to place you in projects. If no cooperation results, we delete your documents no later than six months after the process has ended, unless you have consented to longer storage.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies and does not load external fonts or analytics services.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
